On occasion we can allow for a return for a full refund however we always try to remedy whatever the issue may be to the best of our ability. Due to the nature of made to order refunds are not allowed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know right away and we will do everything we can to get the item reprinted and sent out in a timely manner.
